I currently work as a Delivery Manager at Tractable K.K. My work is mainly focused around facilitating the successful onboarding of our clients onto our AI products at Tractable. As a delivery manager, I often help clients understand data, make suggestions on improving the output we are getting, and working cross-functionally (engineering, research, CSM, BD, BI teams) and globally (Europe/ U.S.) with team members to deliver the best results our product can achieve.At Tractable, I became confident that I wanted to be more involved in developing the products, while working with various functions.

At PwC, I was a senior associate/ consultant for financial services clients. I mainly worked with foreign life insurers to help their transition to IFRS17 standards. I was also acting as the technical specialist working with tools like Alteryx and PowerBI to improve or automate existing client workflows. I was also the first member from my department to be selected as the participant of the "Digital Accelerator Program" at PwC Japan, and harnessed the skill to code in Python and SQL, applying it to various projects while in the program. Through this experience, I realized my passion for data and digital tools, and wanting to be more involved with technology.
